When Death Occurs

You may have your veterinarian contact us or you may contact us directly at 478-272-0550. There is no one on call for Pet Services after 8:00 P.M. If you call the office and leave a message with the Answering Service Center your call will be returned the next morning after 8:30 A.M.  If your pet passes away after closing hours you can do the following: (Put them in a cooler with ice, Freezer, or wrap them up in a towel or sheet and keep them in a cool place until the next morning.) To see prices for pet cremation go to the tab under pet services that says Pet Cremation Form. You may print this out and complete it if you would like before you come to make it easier on you.

We will remove your pet from the veterinarian's clinic, or you may bring your pet to our facility. We don't make removals from the Residence at this time.


You can come to our office or complete the required paper work at your veterinarian's office. We require an authorized signature communicating your wishes before services are rendered.

Decide what would be best option of disposition for your pet. We offer cremation and burial services. Our staff will answer any questions you have about interment. Again, this can be done in the office or over the phone.

Choose an urn, keepsake item, burial product, memorial marker, or stone from our large selection of pet cremation products or burial products. We have some of our products on our website, but we recommend coming by the office to see all of our merchandise.

We will be more than happy to return your pet's cremains to your veterinarian's clinic, mail the pet cremains directly to you, or you can arrange to pick up the pet cremains at our office.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check.
